Up to date decor, comfy bed, nice coffee machine, and large room.
The door to our room was worn away so you could see under it.
Many amenities, courteous, prompt service, clean large rooms well appointed. Nice clean large bath area.

Had to get a staff person to turn down the heat.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful, although they needed additional people available at morning checkout time.

Can't think of a thing.
The shuttle to the hotel was full. That was a good sign! But, that meant there was a line at the check-in counter. One of the employees who was tidying up the lobby noticed all of us standing in line. He went behind the reception desk, grabbed a bunch of warm cookies and handed them out to those waiting.
